Do you own land with development potential?
We work with landowners to assess the planning prospects, constraints and commercial potential of their land, before agreeing the most suitable route forward. This may include an option agreement, planning promotion, joint venture or direct sale. Where we take a site through planning, Landform funds and manages the process, meaning there is no upfront cost to the landowner.

From Land Potential to Planning Permission
Landform identifies and brings forward residential development opportunities across the Midlands. We assess each site from the outset, considering planning policy, access, constraints, development capacity and commercial viability before recommending the right route forward.

Where a site has genuine potential, we can manage the full process, including concept design, consultant coordination, planning applications and negotiations with the local authority. This ensures every opportunity is progressed with a clear strategy, realistic expectations and a strong focus on creating value for the landowner.

Carl Wymark
Architectural Technologist
Landform is led by Carl Wymark, an Architectural Technologist with more than ten years of experience across residential design, planning and construction. This practical background allows each opportunity to be assessed from the outset in terms of planning potential, design quality, buildability and commercial viability.
Carl remains directly involved throughout the process, from the initial site appraisal and concept design through to planning strategy, consultant coordination and negotiations with the local authority.

Landform works with a trusted network of planning consultants, surveyors, engineers, ecologists, solicitors and contractors. This allows the right professional team to be assembled for each site, while keeping the process coordinated through one point of contact.
